Blending vs juicing

A greens powder or juice is great and yes very convenient when short on time. However, it isn’t nearly as nutritional and most importantly satisfying as greens and whole foods themselves. In saying this, So why do I say that a blended mix of whole nutrient dense foods is better than powders and juices…. here’s why.

Juicing essentially is the process of sepparating one thing from the other. Take celery for instance, when juiced the fibres are stripped from the food and you are really just left with expensive water.

Blending however, gets it all. The food yes may not be solid anymore but you now have a liquid version of what once was before and all of the nutrients are still intact.
