Everyone loves a bit of homemade bread, but it's not always easy. This recipe is easy and certainly delicious. I pair my bread with some homemade chicken and vegetable soup or some fresh avocado on toast. It's easy, crispy and bloody delicious, Let's get cooking angels xx.

I am all out getting enough protein but sometimes I want something convenient and a little sweeter than what a chicken breast provides. These protein balls are homemade little bites that will satisfy both protein needs and sweet cravings. However, these are to be had in moderation and you should try not to rely on these for your protein intake, it is always best to get variety of whole foods in your diet.
Winter warming bowl
This bowl is based on a warm kale base infused with garlic, vegetable stock, lemon and olive oil. From there, it’s really up to you. I have added leak, stock infused rice and broccolini as well as avocado, tomato, chickpeas and grated parmesan. However, the beauty of this bowl is that you can add any carbs, fats and protein you like.
Single serve protein muffin
Grilled fish is always my go to. Not only is it a good gluten free option but also is a light option compared to the crumbed oily fish you get from the corner shop. Grilled Barramundi coated in Lemon, olive oil, ginger and garlic… drooling already. You take that fresh fish and combine it with rocket, carrot, cucumber, avo and any other fresh veggies you can get your hands on. There you have a hunger crushing meal that will nourish and please all.
