Weetbix rolls ups

it’s the perfect snack or on the go brekky

A great way to reinvent the old Weet-bix. This recipe is using Weet-bix in a way you may not of thought of before. We merge protein powder, weet-bix and banana all into one and create an easy, innovative snack that’s good for anytime and anyone.

INGREDIENTS

  • 4 x weet-bit crushed fine

  • 2 scoops protein powder

  • 2 banana

  • white chocolate (organic)

  • 1/4 cup oat flour

  • sprinkle cinnamon

  • coconut oil

  • 1/4 cup almond milk

  • water if you need to make mixture more runny

  • pinch salt

method

  1. Crush 4 weet-bix finely

  2. In a bowl, combine protein powder, crushed weet-bix, cinnamon, salt, oat flour and any other additional ingredients you may add.

  3. Then add in almond milk and sweetener if chosen and mix. You may have to use a blender if you want a dinner mixture.

  4. Heat pan on medium heat with teaspoon of coconut oil

  5. pour half the mixture into the pan and let it cook until little bubbles form like a pancake

  6. Flip and repeat on the other side

  7. Repeat step 75 and 6 so you have 2 cool ups

  8. Melt chocolate and spread on both pancakes

  9. Place banana’s in middle of pancakes one on each

  10. Roll both pancakes in baking paper and place in fridge for 30 minutes

  11. Remove from fridge and slice into bite size pieces
