Choc Collagen Nice-creams
I scream you scream, we all scream for nice-cream
Yes, nice-cream isn’t ice-cream. But that’s the point, if it was ice-cream, I would have called it that! This one is for all my dairy free babes out there. Oh, also this one is good for the skin too!

INGREDIENTS
1/2-2 cups dairy free yoghurt
1-2 scoops of choc collagen
vegan no sugar choc chips ( how ever many you like) leave some to coat at the end
2 tbsp coconut oil
1/2 punnet strawberries diced
1/4 cup maple syrup or agave
Pinch of salt
Biscoff to serve
method
Mix together yoghurt, collagen powder and maple.
Fold through diced strawberries and choc chips
Poor into ice-cream moulds
Freeze for at least 3 hours
Melt together remaining vegan choc chips and coconut oil, takes around 30 secs
Coat Nice-creams in choc mix then drizzle some biscoff onto them as well.
Place in freezer for 20 mins to get the ready to eat.
