Choc Collagen Nice-creams

I scream you scream, we all scream for nice-cream

Yes, nice-cream isn’t ice-cream. But that’s the point, if it was ice-cream, I would have called it that! This one is for all my dairy free babes out there. Oh, also this one is good for the skin too!

INGREDIENTS

  • 1/2-2 cups dairy free yoghurt

  • 1-2 scoops of choc collagen

  • vegan no sugar choc chips ( how ever many you like) leave some to coat at the end

  • 2 tbsp coconut oil

  • 1/2 punnet strawberries diced

  • 1/4 cup maple syrup or agave

  • Pinch of salt

  • Biscoff to serve

method

  1. Mix together yoghurt, collagen powder and maple.

  2. Fold through diced strawberries and choc chips

  3. Poor into ice-cream moulds

  4. Freeze for at least 3 hours

  5. Melt together remaining vegan choc chips and coconut oil, takes around 30 secs

  6. Coat Nice-creams in choc mix then drizzle some biscoff onto them as well.

  7. Place in freezer for 20 mins to get the ready to eat.

  8. Enjoy xx
