Tofu chips, the ultimate protein chip

I too find myself heading down the health isle, and don’t get my wrong all the gluten free and protein chips options are super tasty, however not very health nor do they pack enough protein in the to keep you actually full. These simple tofu chips served with tzatziki on the side are the ultimate snack. Let me show you why…

INGREDIENTS

  • 1/2 block firm tofu sliced thin

  • Oregano

  • Salt

  • Peper

  • Seseme seeds

  • 1 tbsp Olive oil

  • Paper towel

method

  1. Cut a block of firm tofu in half

  2. Pat dry with paper towel to get extra moister out of tofu

  3. Slice tofu thin

  4. Lay slices in air fryer and drizzle with olive oil

  5. Cook for 8-12 minutes at 200 degrees depending on how crispy you want them to be

  6. Coat in all herbs or any seasoning you like

  7. Serve with Taziki, (recipe is on the blog) and enjoy your protein packed snack
