Crumble bars

it’s the perfect snack or on the go brekky

These crumble bars are protein full, nutrient dense and full of healthy fats and carbohydrates to keep you full for longer. just chop, mix, bake and refrigerate.

INGREDIENTS

  • 2 cups oats

  • 3 scoops protein

  • 1/4 cup chopped walnuts

  • 1/4 cup chopped apricots (I use the charcoal ones)

  • 1/4 coco nut oil

  • 1/4 cup sweetener of your choice

  • 1/4 cup melted organic and sugar free peanut butter

  • pinch of salt and cinnamon

  • 1/4 cup shredded coconut

method

  1. Chop walnuts and apricots roughly and set aside.

  2. Combine oats, coconut, protein powder and sat and cinnamon in a large mixing bowl.

  3. Add in chopped nuts and apricots and mix

  4. Melt coconut oil and peanut butter until soft and combine

  5. Add sweetener and mix well again, you may need to use your hands

  6. Line a baking tray and pour batter into it

  7. Use another baking paper sheet to press down mixture firmly to hold its shape and form.

  8. Bake from 15-30 minutes depending on how crispy and golden you like your bars to be.

  9. Refrigerate until cool

  10. Melt yogurt bites or white sugar free chocolate and drizzle on

  11. Cut into serves of 10 and enjoy paired with a piece of fruit or yogurt on the side.
