Blueberry Frozen yoghurt bark

This frozen yoghurt bark is a great way to curb those sugar cravings at any point of the day. Filled with healthy fats, protein (11g), fibre and lots of crunch, what more could you want in a snack!

INGREDIENTS

  • 1 cup blueberry Chobani yoghurt

  • 1/2 cup strawberries

  • Handful pumpkin seeds

  • Handful granola (not toasted)

  • Handful roughly chopped dark chocolate

method

Putting the bark together:

  1. Spread yogurt on baking paper and tray (2cm thick)

  2. Sprinkle strawberries, pumpkin seeds, granola and dark chocolate evenly

  3. Place in freezer for 1 hr

  4. Remove from freezer, break into sections of 6 and enjoy xx
