Chewy cookie dough bites
Chewy, sweet, a little salty, and not at all bad cookie dough bites. These Bites are the one thing I reach for when I just want a little xtra after dinner. Oh, they have protein in them too xx.

I am all out getting enough protein but sometimes I want something convenient and a little sweeter than what a chicken breast provides. These protein balls are homemade little bites that will satisfy both protein needs and sweet cravings. However, these are to be had in moderation and you should try not to rely on these for your protein intake, it is always best to get variety of whole foods in your diet.

This frozen yoghurt bark is a great way to curb those sugar cravings at any point of the day. Filled with healthy fats, protein (11g), fibre and lots of crunch, what more could you want in a snack!

I travel a lot and sometimes its definitely hard to get proper nutrition in. But after my many years of shoots, flights, car rides and much more… I think I have this figured out now.
